What i believe UN should do (in order) is to

1) remove Saakashvili from presidency. his name can be quite accurately written as hiragana. さあかしびり
2) use Gundams to stop Russian invasion, as removal of Saakashvili should satisfy the Russians.

First, I would like to address comments by inkinincoporate. Yes, I don’t think even an adult without proper training can differentiate between the types of weapons used and whose side these weapons belong to. However, I don’t think it would be that difficult to determine who was attacking since she stayed in the area for some time. Some people would have noticed what kind of forces are bombing them and would have told others.

Name does not mean anything. You can easily find people with Russian names who are anti-Russian and vice versa. I find it interesting that inkinincoporate can distinguish between the subtleties of accents. I wonder if s/he knows Georgian, Ossetian, and Russian languages and communicated with people from these countries who speak English as a second language. Most people in the region of former Soviet Union speak several languages including their native language and Russian.

The P-Meister, I saw this segment you posted on live TV. The anchor’s face after he heard girl’s statement was priceless lol Commercial, what a nice way to shut people up, heh. After the commercial break he did give them quite an extensive time to speak though – 30 seconds.

The thing is that each side will spin their own story, and we might never know the complete truth. What is clear, however, is that other countries will support the side that is in their own interests: one day they are allies, freedom fighters, and the other day they are terrorists.

I feel sad for the Georgians who are being used as chess pieces by both sides. I do feel Russia’s decision to remove Georgian presidency is justifyable but i believe this can be done in a less aggressive manner. Apparently i think russia wants a piece of the oil pipeline as well. dang…
