Sorry to buzz the anime fun here, but even pubs have TVs to show some news. However as to whether she is telling the truth, its still 50/50 imho.

My thoughts
Listening to the reporter, we can tell that he is trying to cut them off with a conveniently placed commercial and reducing the amount of speech time for them. I believe, that in this world, there is no more sense of truth and righteousness in the US and American censorship just proves how dumb Bush is. As some americans cannot access to foreign material, they can be assured of support from their people. Apparently people get used to listening to things after a while and the word ‘war’ to Americans is an ongoing thing but nobody cares because its far away from them!
We should remember that everyone can make a difference and it is our duty to keep each other informed. I think the girl is telling the truth. If any of you have American friends or contacts, do let them watch this video. A witness may not be sufficient enough evidence but if US were really innocent, then they have nothing to hide. Shutting down counts on youtube is such a pussy way of doing things. May the good Lord of truth shine his light among us. Those with eyes can see and those with ears will listen.
A note to Youtube: How much did America pay you that you had to shut down the counters and remove this from the front page. You even deleted the comments that mentioned the freezing of counters. What happened to freedom of speech. You cut off the words of someone from the ears of others. Truth will never fail to arrive at the ears of those who wish to hear it.

I feel sad for the Georgians who are being used as chess pieces by both sides. I do feel Russia’s decision to remove Georgian presidency is justifyable but i believe this can be done in a less aggressive manner. Apparently i think russia wants a piece of the oil pipeline as well. dang…

Thank you for posting this. It is good to know that people care about such things.
First, I would like to address comments by inkinincoporate. Yes, I don’t think even an adult without proper training can differentiate between the types of weapons used and whose side these weapons belong to. However, I don’t think it would be that difficult to determine who was attacking since she stayed in the area for some time. Some people would have noticed what kind of forces are bombing them and would have told others.
Name does not mean anything. You can easily find people with Russian names who are anti-Russian and vice versa. I find it interesting that inkinincoporate can distinguish between the subtleties of accents. I wonder if s/he knows Georgian, Ossetian, and Russian languages and communicated with people from these countries who speak English as a second language. Most people in the region of former Soviet Union speak several languages including their native language and Russian.
The P-Meister, I saw this segment you posted on live TV. The anchor’s face after he heard girl’s statement was priceless lol Commercial, what a nice way to shut people up, heh. After the commercial break he did give them quite an extensive time to speak though – 30 seconds.

The thing is that each side will spin their own story, and we might never know the complete truth. What is clear, however, is that other countries will support the side that is in their own interests: one day they are allies, freedom fighters, and the other day they are terrorists.

What i believe UN should do (in order) is to
1) remove Saakashvili from presidency. his name can be quite accurately written as hiragana. さあかしびり
2) use Gundams to stop Russian invasion, as removal of Saakashvili should satisfy the Russians.
