Cartoons, for example, have heroes resorting to violence in the name of justice. Batman is using his bat technology to beat criminals up and pikachu is zapping opponents into defeat. Hence, anime alone cannot be blamed totally. Other genres (adult programs, movies, etc) should be taken into consideration too.

Programs that do not have violence? Maybe Teletubbies and Barney. Parents can confine their kids to those programs if they’re paranoid. (: LOL!
