Probably one of the best gattai scenes for me
If I had to explain in general why Gurren Lagann is so ROCKING MY PANTS, a rather blunt analogy would be used. Unlike most typical shows that can be considered ‘posers’ because try so hard to make an impression with all sorts of references and yabadaba, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann is like this half-naked punk dancing and doing crotch thrusts right in your face. You just cannot help but like it.
If there is such a thing as a G-spot for AWESOMESAUCE, this show has definitely hit mine.

I lost count of the times I rewatched this scene. Until today, it still cracks me up.
Same sentiments. Just finished Gurren Lagann and it has been a great ride.
Best Gattai Scene Evar (not that I see many of those anyways). I think it was at that point that I decided “screw my ridiculously biased perceptions on giant robots, I am DEFINITELY WATCHING THIS”
